MISSING PERSON – JAMES ALBERT SUMNER – R13-81846
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating the following 14 year old male, JAMES ALBERT SUMNER. SUMNER was last seen in the downtown area of Winnipeg on Friday November 15, 2013.
 
SUMNER is described as: Aboriginal, 5'9" tall, approximately 140 pounds, slim build, with short black hair and brown eyes. SUMNER was last seen wearing blue jeans, black top with black shoes.


 
 


Police are concerned for SUMNER'S well-being and are asking anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250
