Monday, September 24, 2018    Theft Investigation – Public Assistance Requested: R18-62756     The Winnipeg Police Major Crimes Unit is requesting the public's assistance in locating a stolen front-end loader. The loader was taken sometime between September 22 and 24, 2018, from the area of McGregor St. and Manitoba Ave.     It is described as an orange coloured Caterpillar 928H Front-end Loader. It is marked with a logo reading "BayView Construction" on both sides. While the unit number on the image is '02' the unit stolen is actually '07'. The unit serial number is CXK01701.             Anyone that has information regarding the whereabouts of this loader or that has any information that may assist investigators is asked to call the Major Crimes Unit at 204-986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
