Wednesday, September 26, 2018   Public Advisory – Suspicious Male: C18-200020/R18-5965     The Winnipeg Police Service has received a report of a suspicious male on Harte Trail in the Charleswood area.     The first incident occurred on September 10, 2018 at approximately 6:25 p.m. A woman was walking on the trail with her dog when she was approached by a male. The male had apparently come from a side path off Pepperloaf Cres. The male made inappropriate comments and attempted to hug the woman. The male left, but shortly after a second woman on a bicycle came past and advised her she had seen the same male exposing himself.     The male is described as:    - dark skinned, approximately 70 years of age, about 6'0" in height    - slim build, long tapered grey beard to his chest    - wearing an orange coloured turban, a matching grey coloured sweatsuit     Anyone with information regarding this male is asked to contact the PIO office at 204-986-3061 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
