Friday, June 6, 2014   Missing Person - Raven KELLY – R14-37957 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old male, Raven KELLY.   KELLY was last seen on Tuesday, June 3, 2014, in the Downtown area of Winnipeg.     KELLY is described as; male, Aboriginal, 5'5" tall, approximately 170 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. KELLY was last seen wearing red shorts, a white t-shirt, green runners and a black and red 'Chicago Bulls' baseball cap.
