Wednesday, March 21st, 2012    MISSING PERSON – FRANCES BOON                           R12-23742 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 69 year old female, Frances BOON.  BOON was last seen on February 22nd, 2012 in the area of Pembina Highway and Bishop Grandin Boulevard.       BOON is described as Aboriginal, 5'4" tall, approximately 215 pounds with medium length curly black hair, brown eyes and glasses.  BOON uses a cane to walk.       The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for BOON's wellbeing.   Anyone with information regarding BOON's whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.    For further information contact either: Constable Natalie Aitken, Public Information Officer Constable Jason Michalyshen, Public Information Officer Office: (204)986-3061 Fax: (204) 986-3267 Email: WPS-PIO@Winnipeg.ca   Web: www.winnipeg.ca/Police
