**Please note corrected phone numbers below** Friday, March 9, 2012 INDECENT ACTS C12-42481 C12-42482 On March 8, 2012, at approximately 7:00 p.m., uniform patrol members were dispatched to the area of Ross Avenue West and Cecil Street regarding reports of two separate indecent act incidents. At approximately 6:45 p.m., a 10 year old female had been walking in the area when an unknown male approached her from behind. The male briefly spoke to the victim, and then proceeded to expose himself. The victim ran to a nearby residence where police were notified. No contact was made and the victim was uninjured. The suspect is described as: Male, Caucasian, 17 years of age, slim build, 5'8" tall and short brown hair. A short time later, officers responded to the same area for the report of a second similar incident. Officers discovered that an 11 year old female had been confronted by an unknown male who proceeded to expose himself while performing an indecent act. The victim was not injured. A similar description of the suspect was provided. Officers searched the area however, the suspect was not located. The investigation is continuing by members of the Division 11 Crime Unit.
