Saturday, March 10, 2012   HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION C12-43148 On March 9, 2012, at approximately 7:50 p.m., members of the Winnipeg Police Service responded to a suite in the area of the 400 block of Edmonton Street regarding a deceased adult female being located.   Members of the Homicide Unit have been notified and interviews are ongoing.   The identity of the deceased is not being released at this time. The cause of death has not yet been confirmed as autopsy results are pending.   Anyone with information regarding this matter is asked to contact investigators at 204-986-6508 or CrimeStoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).     COMMERCIAL ROBBERY – ARRESTS C12-43403 On March 10, 2012, at approximately 2:45 a.m., East District uniform patrol members responded to a convenience store located in the 400 block of Springfield Road regarding a robbery incident.   The investigation has revealed that two male suspects entered the store at which time a quantity of cigarettes was stolen.
