Friday, November 11, 2011, 3:55 p.m.    ROAD CLOSURE – MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION C11-237438 At approximately 3:40 p.m., emergency personnel were dispatched to the area of the 100 block of Stella Avenue regarding a serious motor vehicle collision.   At this time, northbound Salter Street at Dufferin Avenue is closed to traffic.
