Monday, November 14th, 2011 VEHICLE BREAK-IN INVESTIGATION ARRESTS C11-239134 On November 14th, 2011, at approximately 5:15 a.m., members of the Winnipeg Police Service responded to suspicious circumstances involving suspects casing vehicles in the Wolseley area of the city. Attending members located and arrested three males, ages 18, 15 and 14 years. These males are currently facing charges of Theft Under $5000.00. This investigation is continuing by members of the Division #11 Crime Unit and has revealed that numerous vehicles in the Wolseley area, south of Portage Avenue were entered and property stolen. Investigators are requesting members of the public who reside in the Wolseley area and have been victimized in this manner to come forward and make a report by calling 986-8666.
