Thursday, December 6, 2012     PUBLIC ADVISORY - SUSPICIOUS PERSON(S) The following information is being released on behalf of the City of Winnipeg Water and Waste Department.   Recently, individuals posing as City of Winnipeg employees have approached residents in the old St. Vital area of Winnipeg offering to install water filtration systems.   The Winnipeg Water and Waste Department advises that the city offers no such service.   Citizens are reminded that City of Winnipeg employees are issued proper identification and will produce it upon request.
