Wednesday, May 20, 2015     Missing Person- Nicki ROULETTE - R15-27142 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating 15-year-old Nicki ROULETTE.  She was last seen on May 15, 2015, in the south end of Winnipeg.   ROULETTE is described as: Aboriginal, 5'4" tall, 120 pounds with long brown hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a black North Face jacket.
