Drug Warrant Arrests – R14-36166
Recently, members of the Winnipeg Police Service Street Crime Unit became involved in a drug investigation.  As a result, investigators applied for and were granted a Controlled Drugs & Substances Act search warrant for an address in the 300 block of Marshall Bay.
 
On July 2, 2014, with the assistance of the Tactical Support Team, the warrant was executed.  Four males located within the residence at the time were arrested without incident.
 
A search resulted in the seizure of the following:

  • 5 grams of Cocaine with an estimated street value of $400.00
  • Sawed off Winchester 12 gauge shotgun
  • 3 CO2 pellet pistols
  • 20 cell phones
  • $6300.00 in Canadian currency
  • 2006 Chevrolet Impala

Audley Bill NUGENT (21), Alimamy Lahai SESAY (23), John Paul VALDEZ (21) & Bill Chege WANGUI (19) all of Winnipeg have been charged with numerous drug and weapons related charges.
 
All were detained at the Provincial Remand Centre.
