Commercial Robbery – C14-143149
On July 7, 2014 at approximately 10:45 p.m., a lone male suspect entered a gas bar located in the 600 block of Archibald Street and confronted two employees.
 
The suspect approached a 27 year-old male working at the till and demanded cash. No weapon was observed however, the suspect indicated that he was armed.
 
The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, no injuries were sustained.
 
He is described as:
 
Male, dark complexion, 30-40 years-old, 5'8"-5'10" tall, medium build, dark moustache and goatee and long black curly hair.
 
The investigation is continuing by members of the Major Crimes Unit.

Indecent Act – R14-49802
On July 6, 2014 at approximately 6:40 p.m., a 22 year-old female was present at a fitness facility located on the University of Manitoba campus.
 
While she was working out, she noticed that an unknown male had been watching her while he exposed himself and performed an indecent act. The victim yelled out causing the suspect to leave the area.
 
No contact was made and the victim was uninjured. The Winnipeg Police Service and Campus Police were notified.
 
The suspect is described as: Male, East Indian in appearance, 5'10" tall, average build, 25-30 years-old, wearing a navy blue t-shirt and shorts.
 
The investigation is continuing by members of the West District Crime Unit. Anyone with further information regarding the incident and or suspect is asked to contact investigators at 204-986-2877 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
 
 
Suspicious Person C14-142089
On July 6, 2014 at approximately 2:15 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service received a report regarding a suspicious male at a store located in the 1500 block of Regent Avenue West.
 
The investigation has revealed that an unknown male entered the women's washroom and remained there for a period of time. A short time later, a young female customer entered the washroom. She later told her mother that a male had looked under the stall while she was present. The female victim was not injured.
 
The male suspect was confronted as he left the washroom, however he fled the store and has not yet been identified.
 
He is described as: Male, Caucasian, in his 40's, short brown hair, wearing: a blue/white striped shirt and red backpack.
 
The investigation is continuing by members of the East District Crime Unit. Anyone with further information regarding the incident and or suspect is asked to contact investigators at 204-986-2857 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
