Saturday, March 8, 2014       ROBBERY – ARRESTS   C14-48308 On March 7, 2014 at approximately 9:50 p.m., Patrol and Canine Unit members responded to a robbery incident involving a taxi cab and two male suspects.   The investigation has revealed that a taxi cab driver (58 year-old male) picked up two males in the area of the 300 block of Smith Street. After driving to the 400 block of Spence Street, the males refused to pay the fare. It was at this time the suspects became verbally aggressive.
