Friday, March 21, 2014 FRAUD ARRESTS – R14-20005 Recently, members of the Winnipeg Police Service Commercial Crime Unit became aware that a small group of individuals were present within the city with the aim of altering Point of Sale terminal Pin Pads to enable them to collect debit and credit card data and personal identification numbers (PINS). .
