View recent Residential Break and Enters in your neighbourhood. View recent Stolen Vehicles in your neighbourhood. LINKS TO ADDITIONAL RESOURCES Search a Licence Plate to find out if it has been reported stolen. View current crime activity via the Winnipeg Police Service CrimeStat website. CRIME PREVENTION TIP  Good lighting Is one of the cheapest, most effective tools in crime prevention. Invest in timers and motion sensor lights. Have several lights on in the house when you are home. When you are away from home, either leave a couple of lights on, or put some lights on timers so they will come on as soon as evening falls.
