Friday, March 15, 2013   COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION   The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU) is a joint forces unit of the Winnipeg Police Service and the RCMP.  MIHRSOU previously informed the public about Winston George THOMAS, 35 years old.  THOMAS was released from Headinley Correctional Centre on February 24, 2013.  THOMAS is considered a high risk sex offender. In the early morning hours of March 14, 2013 THOMAS was arrested and charged by the Winnipeg Police Service for Breach of Probation.  He remains in custody at this time.
