Assault with a Weapon Investigation – C15-55017, C15-54928
On Wednesday, March 18, 2015, officers responded to two separate incidents involving a pellet gun being fired from a motor vehicle.
 
The first incident occurred in the area of Metz Street and Riel Avenue at approximately 6:10 p.m.   A 23-year-old male was struck by a plastic pellet when a vehicle, carrying two males, pulled up beside him and fired a pellet gun in his direction.
 
The second incident occurred in the first 100 block of Minnetonka Street at approximately 7:50 p.m.  A 9-year-old male was also struck by a plastic pellet in the same manner as the first incident.
 
Neither victim sustained any injuries.
 
The suspects are described as 2 Caucasian males.  The driver had short brown hair.
 
The vehicle is described as being a clean, newer white or grey, 4 door sedan without a front license plate.

Strong-arm Robbery Investigation – C15-55658
On Thursday, March 19, 2015, members of the Winnipeg Police Service were dispatched for the report of a strong-arm robbery.
 
Officers learned that at approximately 4:20 p.m. a 17-year-old female was walking in the 300 block of Ainslie Street while a male passing by her, grabbed her, swung her around and knocked her to the ground.
 
The male suspect began to assault her about the upper body, while demanding her personal property.  The suspect managed to steal some personal items and then fled the area.
 
The victim was conveyed to hospital in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.
 
The suspect is described as; Caucasian, 17-18 years old, 5'8" tall, skinny build, clean shaven, dressed in black clothing.
