Commercial Robberies – Arrests – C15-43261
Between February 5th and March 2nd, 2015, numerous businesses at various locations were robbed of cash and cigarettes by an armed male suspect. The incidents are as follows:
 

  • February 5th – Store – 700 block Langevin Street
  • February 6th – Gas Bar – 200 block of Marion Street
  • February 7th – Store – 200 block of Bertrand Street
  • February 12th – Restaurant – 200 block of Marion Street
  • February 19th – Restaurant – First 100 block of Goulet Street
  • February 24th – Gas Bar – First 100 block of Alpine Avenue  
  • February 26th – Store – 700 block of Selkirk Avenue
  • February 28th – Restaurant – 1100 block of Henderson Highway
  • February 28th – Gas Station – 1400 block of St. Mary's Road

 
Police were called and members of the Major Crimes Unit continued to investigate.
 
On March 2nd, 2015 at approximately 3:00 p.m., the previously mentioned male suspect and two others attended to a Gas Bar located in the first 100 block of Alpine Street. One of the suspects concealed their identity and confronted the clerk while armed. While the business was being robbed of cash and cigarettes, the two other suspects waited outside.
 
The suspects fled and police were notified. Attending members located all three suspects at a restaurant located on Goulet Street at approximately 6:35 p.m. They were arrested and taken into custody.
 
A 17-year-old male has been charged with the following and remanded into custody:
 
Robbery x 10
Disguise with Intent x 10
Possess Weapon for Dangerous Purpose x 10
Fail to Comply with Disposition x 20
Fail to Comply with Condition Undertaking
 
A 16-year-old male and 17-year-old male have also been charged with Robbery and remanded into custody.
 
During the February 12th incident, a second suspect was also identified as being involved. A 44 year-old male has been charged with Robbery and remanded into custody.
