FESTIVE SEASON CHECKSTOP PROGRAM - WEEK #2 RESULTS
The Winnipeg Police Service Central Traffic Unit has provided the results from the second week of the Festive Season Checkstop Program. 
 
945 - Vehicles stopped
104 - Approved Screening Device (ASD) tests administered
12 - 24 hour suspensions issued (ASD Warnings)
15 - Drive Impaired/Over/Refusal Charges
39 - Traffic related Provincial Offence Notices (PON) issued
 
The average Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) results for the first 2 weeks are 140mg%, the highest being 210mg%.
