Saturday, January 12, 2013       STOLEN MEDICATION ADVISORY – C13-007773 On Saturday, January 12, 2013, members of the Winnipeg Police Service took the report of a theft of prescription medication that occurred at a residence in the 200 block of Carlton Street.   The investigation revealed that sometime over night on Friday, January 11, 2013 the following medications were stolen from this location.   Approximately 25 pills of Prednisone   The Winnipeg Police Service reminds the public that taking large quantities of this medication alone or in combination with other drugs or alcohol could be dangerous to your health or fatal.   For further information contact either: Constable Jason Michalyshen, Public Information Officer Constable Eric Hofley, Public Information Officer Office: (204)986-3061 Fax: (204) 986-3267 Email: WPS-PIO@Winnipeg.ca   Web: www.winnipeg.ca/Police
