Committed to developing a pedestrian and cycling network that is safe and accessible for people of all ages and abilities, the City of Winnipeg is inviting Winnipeggers to provide their feedback on design options for the Downtown Bike Lane System and West Alexander Pedestrian and Cycling Corridor projects.

View the three options that have been designed to upgrade the existing bike lanes on Fort Street and Garry Street, as well as an improved connection between the Assiniboine Avenue protected bicycle lanes and the new protected bicycle lanes connecting to The Forks.

If residents are unable to attend the pop-up events, they are invited to visit the City's interactive website where design options can be viewed, comments can be posted on the discussion board, and feedback can be provided through an online survey. Learn about proposed plans for the Arlington Bridge and other crossings over the CPR yards
Winnipeggers are invited to attend a public open house to see how input from public consultations has influenced project decisions related to the replacement of the Arlington Bridge. Attendees will have an opportunity to view drawings of what a new Arlington Bridge could look like and learn about potential future projects that will better connect the community.
