Missing Person – Troy GRAHAM - C16-57460
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 26-year-old male, Troy GRAHAM.

GRAHAM was last seen on the late morning of March 20, 2016, in the south area of Winnipeg near the University of Manitoba. 

GRAHAM is described as a Black male, 6'1" tall, medium build, black curly hair, small moustache and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a black coat, jeans and black shoes.

 



The Winnipeg Police Service has concerns for the well-being of GRAHAM and is asking anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
