MISSING PERSON – Thelma Constant – C16-54766
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 40 year old female, Thelma, aka Skinny, CONSTANT. She was last seen in the North end area of Winnipeg in the late evening of Thursday, March 17, 2016. 

CONSTANT is described as: Aboriginal, 5'3" with a slim build, shoulder length black hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a brown suede jacket with white/yellow fur on the collar and shoulders and an orange jersey underneath.

The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned about CONSTANT's well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
