River Rescue: C18-75515     On April 14, 2018, at approximately 10:20 p.m., Winnipeg Police received a report from the 3400 block of Pembina Hwy. of a woman screaming for help coming from the banks of the Red River.     Responding officers were able to determine the yelling was likely from a person in the river at the opposite bank.
