Stabbing - Arrests: C18-74839
On April 13, 2018, at approximately 8:20 p.m., emergency services personnel responded to a report of an injured male in the first 100 block of Agnes Arnold Place.
General Patrol, Tactical Support Team members and Air1 attended and located a 21-year-old male with a stab wound to the upper body. He was transported to hospital in unstable condition and has since been upgraded to stable.
Officers learned that there was a small gathering of people in a residence. An argument took place between two people which escalated to the point where a third person intervened and had a physical altercation with the victim, who was stabbed as a result.
A 15-year-old male of Winnipeg was arrested on scene and charged with Aggravated Assault. He remains in custody.

On April 13, 2018, at approximately 9:10 p.m., emergency services personnel responded to a report of an injured male in the 300 block of Portage Avenue.
General Patrol officers quickly attended and located a 20-year-old male with upper body injuries. He was transported to hospital in critical condition and has since been upgraded to stable. Upon seeing police on scene an adult male fled but was apprehended in the area after a short foot chase.
Officers learned that the victim was confronted by several people not previously known to him. He attempted to run away but was caught and stabbed twice in the upper body. The attacker was held for police by bystanders in the area.
Herbert Junior BUSHIE, a 26-year-old male of Winnipeg has been charged with Aggravated Assault and Possess Weapon.
Seivaindo James BUSHIE, a 25-year-old male of Winnipeg has been charged with Aggravated Assault.
Both males remain in custody.
