Annual Snow Route Parking Ban lifted The City of Winnipeg's Annual Snow Route Parking Ban has been lifted effective 7:01 a.m., today, Wednesday, February 28, 2018. The ban prohibited parking between the hours of 2 a.m. and 7 a.m. on all designated snow routes.
