FATAL MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION - C12-234961
On Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at approximately 6:00 p.m. emergency services responders were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian that had occurred in the 2600 block of Pembina Highway.  
 
At this stage in the investigation, officers have learned that a seventy six year old male had crossed the south bound lanes of Pembina Highway in front of the Windsor Plywood Store and was attempting to cross the north bound lanes when he was struck by a north bound vehicle.
 
This investigation is ongoing by members of the Central Traffic Unit. The victim's name will not be released.

SUSPICIOUS MALE – C12-234763
On Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at approximately 2:00 p.m. Winnipeg Police members were dispatched to the report of a suspicious male.
 
At approximately 12:00 p.m. a thirteen year old female was walking in the area of Telfer Street and Sargent Avenue at which she was followed for a long distance by an unknown male. At no time was there any contact made between the two.
 
The suspect is described as: Aboriginal in appearance, 20-30 years of age, 5'10", slim build with short dark hair. He was wearing jeans and a black sweater with the hood up. A large tattoo was visible coming out from under his right sleeve and covering the top of his right hand.

SEXUAL ASSAULT – C12-234838
On Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at approximately 5:15 p.m. District two general patrol members responded a sexual assault incident which occurred in the area of Ness Avenue and Sturgeon Road.
 
The thirteen year old victim related that she was walking on the north sidewalk of Ness Avenue at approximately 9:20 a.m. when she was approached from behind by an unknown male on a bicycle. The victim moved over to allow the cyclist to pass at which time the suspect inappropriately touched the victim. The suspect fled the area and the victim was not injured.
The suspect is described as a: Caucasian male, 60's with scruffy grayish facial hair wearing a bright yellow jacket, dark toque, blue jeans and white boots. He was riding a grey mountain bike.
