Fire – Fatalities: C18-92007
  
On May 4, 2018, at approximately 11:15 p.m., Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Services and Winnipeg Police responded to a report of a small brush fire in a field at the rear of businesses in the 1500 block of Regent Avenue West.
   
Two adult males were located in the field suffering from significant burns. The two victims were transported to hospital, however, both succumbed to their injuries.

The Winnipeg Police Service is investigating. No further details are available at this time.
