Friday, February 13, 2015   Male Wanted – Charles Simon DORION – R15-9055 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating 26 year-old Charles DORION who is wanted on an outstanding warrant of arrest for Fail to Comply with Probation Order x 2   He is described as:Aboriginal, 5'8" tall, 126 pounds with a medium build, black hair and brown eyes.
