Indecent Act – Public Assistance Requested – C15-24121
On February 2, 2014 at approximately 6:40 p.m., a male suspect was observed entering a coffee shop located in the 1600 block of Kenaston Boulevard while exposing himself.
 
The male stood in line for a period of time while exposed; he placed an order and calmly left the business.
 
A short time later, officers responded to a second incident in the same area where a male was observed walking in a parking lot while exposing himself.
 
The male suspect is described as:
 
Caucasian, 5'8" tall, medium build, receding (brown) hairline, 35-40 years-old, wearing: a light green jacket, tight black yoga-style pants.

 
 

 



 
The investigation is continuing by members of the Sex Crimes Unit.

Update - Aggravated Assault Investigation Arrest - C15-34535
As previously released -On February 18, 2015, shortly before 4:45 a.m., Emergency Services Responders were summoned to a residence in the 2100 block of Gallagher Avenue for the report of a fight. 
 
The investigation has revealed that two males known to one another became involved in an argument over liquor and began fighting. One of the males produced a knife and stabbed the victim in the upper body causing a serious life-threatening injury.
 
The victim fled to the lower level of the home where he was assisted by a family member. The suspect ran off prior to police arrival.
 
The 27-year-old male victim was transported to hospital in critical condition where he remains at this time.
 
Members of the Homicide Unit were notified and continue to investigate.
 
Jeremy PELTIER, 27-years-old of Winnipeg turned himself in and has been charged with the following due to his alleged involvement:
 
Aggravated Assault
Assault with a Weapon x 2
Including several breaches and outstanding warrant
 
The investigation is on-going.
