Friday, November 21, 2014   Missing Person- Alissa Rose VOETBERG- C14-245707 As previously released - The Winnipeg Police Service continues to request the public's assistance in locating a missing 13-year-old female, Alissa VOETBERG.  VOETBERG was last seen in the downtown area of Winnipeg on the evening of Sunday, November 16, 2014. VOETBERG is described as Caucasian, 5'4" tall, approximately 125 pounds, medium length wavy brown hair and blue eyes.  VOETBERG was last seen wearing a bright red sweater with the word "Blazin" on the front, a red and black toque, grey leggings, white socks, and black runners.   The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for her wellbeing.
