Tuesday, August 8, 2017   Please note a correction to the date. Homicide – Investigation: C17-174089   On August 6, 2017, at approximately 3:40 a.m., the Winnipeg Police Service was alerted to a disturbance at a residence in the 1200 block of Court Ave.    Officers attended and located a 17-year-old male suffering from injuries consistent with being stabbed. He was conveyed to hospital in critical condition but succumbed to his injuries.   A 17-year-old male of Winnipeg has been arrested and charged with Manslaughter. He was detained in custody.    This investigation is continuing by members of the Homicide Unit.
