Tuesday, August 14, 2017         Homicide Investigation - Arrest: C17-180360 As previously released: On August 13, 2017 at approximately 10:00 p.m., Winnipeg Police were alerted to the sounds of a possible assault in the 100 block of Killarney Ave. Upon arrival officers located a 29 year-old-male, unresponsive and not breathing. Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service attended and advised the male was deceased.       The victim has been identified as Mustafa Peyawary, 29-years-old of Winnipeg.
