SUSPICIOUS MALE   C14-32750
On February 14, 2014 at approximately 8:15 a.m., a 12 year-old female was walking in the area of Berry Street and Portage Avenue when a male in a vehicle pulled up behind her.
 
The male offered the female a ride which was declined. No physical contact was made, however the female fled to a nearby business.   
 
The male suspect is described as: Caucasian, approximately 30 years-old and wearing oval glasses. He was wearing:a dark green hoody and dark jacket over top.
 
He was driving a: Dark green, Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV), possibly an older model Blazer.
 
District 2 Detectives have been notified. Anyone with additional information regarding this matter is asked to contact investigators at 204-986-2877.
 
 
COMMERCIAL ROBBERY   C14-32665
On February 14, 2014 at approximately 4:50 a.m., two male suspects attended to a convenience store located in the 2300 block of Ness Avenue. One of the suspects was armed when a 21 year-old male employee was confronted.
 
Both suspects attended behind the counter and an undisclosed amount of merchandise was removed. The victim was not injured.
 
The suspects are described as:
 
Males, 5'5" tall and small builds
 
The investigation is continuing by members of the Major Crimes Unit. Anyone with further information regarding this incident is asked to contact investigators at 204-986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
