Friday, March 2, 2018 Drugs - Arrest: R17-99094 On March 1, 2018, members of the Marihuana Grow Operation Unit, with the assistance of the Tactical Support Team and Street Crime Unit, executed two Controlled Drug and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrants in the North River Heights area. The following items were seized: 221 cannabis marihuana plants in various stages of growth with a street value of approximately $248,000.00 1/2 lb cannabis marihuana, packaged, with a street value of approximately $1,200.00 Grow operation equipment valuing approximately $29,800.00 A 41-year-old male and a 35-year-old female have been arrested for producing and trafficking cannabis marihuana.
