Friday, December 19, 2014     MISSING PERSON – Kelsey DESJARLAIS R14-89754 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 16-year-old male, Kelsey DESJARLAIS. DESJARLAIS was last seen in the Downtown area of Winnipeg on December 15th, 2014.   DESJARLAIS is described as: Aboriginal, 6'2" tall, 245 pounds with a heavy build and short dark hair; he was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, grey jacket, black sweat pants, and black/white Nike shoes.    Police are concerned for DESJARLAIS' well-being.
