Thank you for your assistance.     Wednesday, June 19th, 2013     MISSING PERSON – SKYLAR ELIZABETH PAYMENT– R13-041070 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 15 year old female, Skylar Elizabeth PAYMENT.   PAYMENT was last seen on Friday, June 14th, 2013 in the North End area of Winnipeg.   PAYMENT is described as Caucasian, 5'3" tall, 115 pounds with straight, medium length brown hair. She is likely wearing dark rimmed prescription glasses and was last seen wearing a grey/black mesh shirt, black jeans, purple toque and black/white checkered Nike runners.
