Let’s Talk Budget Consultations and opportunities for online engagement

 

Ongoing Opportunities for Engagement with the City of Winnipeg City of Winnipeg Let's Talk for Budget 2017     Thank you to everyone who attended the budget consultations on October 12 and October 13. There is still an opportunity to provide your feedback in person at any of the three consultation events being held this week.   The dates, locations, and times of the remaining community consultations are as follows:  ·   Thursday, October 27: St. James Civic Centre, 2055 Ness Avenue, 6:00-8:30 p.m.  ·   Friday, October 28: Millennium Library, 251 Donald Street, 11:30-2:00 p.m.  ·   Saturday, October 29: Henderson Library, 1050 Henderson Hwy, 9:00-11:30 a.m.     Until Sunday October 30, the public can also provide online feedback on their budget priorities, preferences and ideas. Online Survey for the Winnipeg Zoning By-law Review   Thank you to those who attended the open house on October 20, 2016 and provided their feedback. If you were not able to attend the open house, please provide your feedback online through a survey. Online survey responses will be accepted until Friday October 28, 2016. For more information, please visit www.winnipeg.ca/ZoningReview.    Online Survey for the Waverley Underpass Project   A detailed design for the Waverley Underpass project is currently underway. Two open house sessions were held on Thursday, October 6, 2016. Thank you to all who attended.     If you were unable to attend an open house session in person, there is an opportunity to provide your feedback online. Please visit www.winnipeg.ca/waverleyunderpass to view project information and complete an online survey. Online feedback will be accepted until Monday October 31, 2016. Online Survey for the Saskatchewan Avenue Road Reconstruction and Sturgeon Creek Culvert Replacement Project     Thank you to all who attended the open house on October 19, 2016. Approximately 40 Winnipeg residents attended and we have received 16 feedback surveys so far. If you did not get a chance to attend the open house, please provide your feedback online through a survey.
