Thursday, July 7, 2016     Update: Male Arrested – Robert Paul GILLIS - C16-137126 The Winnipeg Police Service had previously requested the public's assistance in locating Robert Paul GILLIS, 48 years old, currently wanted on a Canada-Wide warrant for parole revocation. Further to the investigation, GILLIS is also wanted in connection to a sexual assault that occurred on July 2, 2016 in the 1700 block of Henderson Highway involving a 25 year old female victim. A Canada-Wide warrant has been issued regarding this incident. Robert Gillis was arrested on July 7, 2016.
