New Opportunities for Engagement with the City of Winnipeg

Infill Strategy Priorities Workshop

Building on our stakeholder engagement process and public survey, the City of Winnipeg will be hosting a public workshop on Saturday, January 27, 2017. Information collected to this point will be presented at the workshop. Activities at the workshop will be tailored to refine the feedback into priorities to inform the Residential Infill Strategy.

Victoria Jason Skate Park Renewal Concept Survey

Thank you to everyone who joined us on the park site October 28, 2017. About 14 people attended our public workshop. An online survey was available on this site until October 14, 2017 with a total of 90 completed surveys. A public engagement summary is now available.

The project team wants your feedback on two concepts developed after the first phase of engagement. View the potential design and provide comment through an online survey, available until January 23, 2018.

Ongoing Opportunities for Engagement with the City of Winnipeg

Osborne to Downtown Walk Bike Bridge and Connections

We are currently gathering public input on the Osborne to Downtown Walk Bike Bridge and Connections project. There are several different ways for you to provide feedback both online and in-person.

Online
Please read through the project background and take a few minutes to fill out an interactive online survey. This survey will be open until January 31, 2018.

Coffee Shop Exchange
Drop by Little Sister Coffee Maker (at A-470 River Ave.) or Fools and Horses (at 379 Broadway) to fill out a postcard and help start the conversation to define what experience you want for a new Osborne to Downtown Walk Bike Bridge.

Fermor Avenue Bridge over Seine River Rehabilitation and Roadworks

Thank you to everyone who attended a public information session on January 10, 2018. Roughly 70 people attended and we received 12 completed exit surveys.

Adjustable Bike Lane Curbs Pilot

The City installed adjustable bike lane curbs in two locations to test installation methods, monitor maintenance, and assess the comfort level of users. For more information, to fill out a survey or to view a map of the changes online, please visit winnipeg.ca/walkbikeprojects and select an adjustable bike lane curbs project. The survey will be open for the duration of the pilot project.
