Stolen Vehicle Arrests - C16-194137
   
Motor Vehicle Collision:
   
On September 17, 2016 at approximately 5:30 a.m., emergency personnel responded to the area of Burrows Avenue and Gilbert Avenue regarding a motor vehicle collision involving a stolen vehicle.   

It's been determined that two males occupying a stolen Dodge Dakota were travelling westbound on Burrows Avenue at a high rate of speed. As a result, the driver lost control causing the vehicle to roll multiple times.

The 23 year old male driver, allegedly impaired, sustained serious injuries. He is in stable condition. The 22 year old male passenger was uninjured.
   
The 23 year old is facing the following charges:
   
Driving while Ability Impaired
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000.00
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Fail to Comply Condition Recognizance
   
The 22 year old is facing the following charge:
   
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000.00
   
Both males detained in custody.
