Saturday, September 17, 2016         Stolen Vehicle Arrests - C16-194137     Motor Vehicle Collision:     On September 17, 2016 at approximately 5:30 a.m., emergency personnel responded to the area of Burrows Avenue and Gilbert Avenue regarding a motor vehicle collision involving a stolen vehicle.    It's been determined that two males occupying a stolen Dodge Dakota were travelling westbound on Burrows Avenue at a high rate of speed. As a result, the driver lost control causing the vehicle to roll multiple times. The 23 year old male driver, allegedly impaired, sustained serious injuries. He is in stable condition.
