Missing Person – Joshua TOD - C16-170526
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating 10 year old, Joshua TOD.  TOD was last seen in the North End area of Winnipeg during the afternoon of August 16, 2016. 
 
TOD is described as an Aboriginal male, 4'9" tall, 65 pounds, dark eyes, thin build, black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, grey shorts, grey shoes and riding a red mountain bike.
   
 

 

   
 
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for TOD'S well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
 
 
   
Fatal Motor Vehicle Collision Investigation – C16-169512
As previously released –On August 15, 2016 at approximately 12:10 p.m., emergency personnel responded to the area of the 900 block of Jefferson Avenue regarding a serious collision involving a female pedestrian.
   
The investigation has determined that the pedestrian, identified as 58 year old, Sharon STRONG of Winnipeg was struck as she was walking in a parking lot by the driver of a Toyota Camry.
   
STRONG sustained critical injuries and was later pronounced deceased. The driver of the Camry has been identified as an adult female.  
   
Members of the Central Traffic Unit continue to investigate.
