Annual Snow Route Parking Ban lifted The City of Winnipeg's Annual Snow Route Parking Ban has been lifted effective 7:01 a.m., today, Monday, February 29, 2016. The ban prohibited parking between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on all designated snow routes. No other parking bans are in place at this time.
