Declared Snow Route Parking Ban lifted The Declared Snow Route Parking Ban that was put into effect at 12:00 a.m., Sunday, January 15 has now been lifted. The Declared Snow Route Parking Ban is an extension of the Annual Snow Route Parking Ban, which is currently in effect daily from 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. until March 1, 2017. The City of Winnipeg wishes to thank all Winnipeggers for their patience and cooperation during snow clearing operations.
